Job Description :

Stability HealthCare is looking for a PT Assistant Therapy contract position in Anchorage, Alaska.

PTAs assist PTs in implementing treatment plans for patients, including exercises, stretches, and other therapeutic activities. They also provide education to patients and their families on proper exercise techniques, assistive devices, and injury prevention. PTAs may work in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, and outpatient clinics. They play a crucial role in helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life.

After completing a PTA program, you must pass the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) for PTAs to become licensed to practice as a PTA.2 years of experience required
